I am thankful for the help I received from the team at Harold Zeigler. I was trapped in a car with ridiculous interest and they got me into a brand new car and lowered my interest considerably. They work as a team and treat you like a family member from the time you enter till the time you leave. Tom is a formidable guy and knows his stuff. He really cares that your comfortable and happy. Steve is a very cool guy and explains everything thoroughly. Ryan is very nice as well. Im saving thousands thanks to all these guys working together! Thanks so much Harold Zeigler you now have a customer for life!!!!!!

I recently bought a new car there and everyone was nice and efficient. They even stayed late to finish the paper work and go over everything with my new car. Thanks to Barry Pete and Steve for your hard work I will send my friends and family here from now on

Having bought my second vehicle from Harold Zeigler in the past 3 months, I think it is safe to say I have been very happy with the service and experience at this location. Such a large selection of vehicles and the ability to find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone I have dealt with at HZ has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Ed Kline, especially, continues to make my life very easy when it comes to buying a new vehicle. He has exceeded my expectations and I will continue to bring my business to him and HZ. The 2012 Wrangler is awesome!

I recently purchased two vehicles from here and couldn't be happier with the quality of service I recieved. From the sales team that was incredibly knowledgeable to the finance department and everywhere in between I couldn't have asked for a better expierience.

I have always serviced my vehicles at Harold Zeigler (Grandville) and have always received great service both personal and mechanically. They are very friendly, quick to provide updates and information, and their technicians are top notch.

When in for service. Rear window would not go back up after opening. The service dept. took the car in right away. Came back out after about 35 min. and told me it was fixed, no charge. Seems there was an extended warranty on a window part. No waiting, fast service, very nice people that I talked to. And best of all, no charge. Give them a 5.

I just purchased a 2011 Dodge Charger from Zeigler and love it so far. I called 6 dealers and they made the best deal. Drove from Lansing to purchase it. Chip was honest and professional and made the experience fun. I wish they were closer to home so I could get my service from them too.

Came in for Recall, Tire Rotation and Syn Oil Change on my RAM Big Horn. Service man, Jeremy, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also checked for other recalls while I was there; there were two additional ones just released that they took care of during the same trip! A very nice driver dropped us off at the Mall and picked us up when the service was complete - complimentary! I was pleased that the service was performed in the estimated time. The only complaint was that we agreed on a discounted Tire Rotation rate that did not appear on my billing statement. Departments appear not to be in verbal communication with each other. Asking for the credit immediately became time consuming and awkward so I left without going back to the service dept. Other than that, the experience was enjoyable, the building impeccably clean and I would recommend the Sevice Dept.

My first experience at Zeigler was not the best but I decided to give them a second chance and try to buy a car from them agean. Well this time they made a far offer and now I own a new car from them. Good service can go a long way glad that they have changed.

Great dealership! I recently bought a 2001 Jeep Patriot from them. From start to finish, their staff was very professional. Their service is also top-notch offering free rental vehicles if they needed to keep your car overnight for service.

They dropped me and my kids off at the mall so that we could play while they changed the oil and did some warranty work. They were done quicker than they said they would be and came back to pick us up. It was a great experience!

Brought my car in for some recall work and they looked at my warranty items and found that my brakes were bad, so they replaced those too. Great experience!!

I have been bringing my Aspen to Zeigler for the past 1 & 1/2 years. Every time I come in for an oil change or service I have been promptly helped. Customer service and service managers have always gone out of their way to make sure my car was running smoothly and that any issues with my vehicle were corrected. Often times my service visits were followed up with a phone call to make sure everything is still going ok.. Thanks for all that you do. Keep up the great work.

I recently bought a Nissan 350z from HZ. I was thoroughly impressed with their staff, especially Adam Wilde who helped me with my purchase. They were professional, and very helpful in my first purchase of a car from a dealership. They even had my car delivered to Kalamazoo. I recently bought a 2010 charger and was very satisfied with the customer service. I worked with Scott Boone (sales rep) and he was very attentive. I didn't feel like he was hounding us at all, compared to other salesman at other dealers.He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. I am very happy for his hard work to get us the car we wanted for a very reasonable price. Charlie was also great he explained and went through the loan paperwork very smoothly and with detail. I am very happy with the whole experience, the environment felt very clean, comfortable and again customer service seems to definetely be a priority.

Able to get app't same day. Offered shuttle to mall or restaurant. I opted to stay in the comfortable waiting room and take advantage of the free WiFi. Was told service would take 1-1 1/2 hours. Service was completed in 1 1/2 hours. Problem appears to have been taken care of.








I wanted to take this opportunity to commend Greg Ireland for his exceptional attitude and the speedy processing of all the paperwork to buy a like-new used car. We came in on a Monday night with a particular car in mind that was at a remote location. He immediately contacted that location to verify the details of the car and then started the paperwork. As we were just finishing he received a call and honestly told us that the car was not a good fit for us. He then helped us find a better car and rewrote all of the forms to reflect the change. Due to circumstances, we really needed a car the next day and he made arrangement to have it picked up and processed. True to his word, we left the showroom the next evening with an even better car that was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Greg and Harold Zeigler to any prospective buyer. Greg has earned my trust and I would not hesitate to return when the need arises.

I wanted to take the time to convey to you our sincere thanks to you and your staff (April and Don) for making a very special day for some very special young people.

 

I am the teacher/coordinator for a program here in Grandville that serves students with moderate mental impairment ages 18-21. Three of our male students really had wanted to stop in and look at the Chargers/Challengers.

 

I contacted April some time ago to see if we could coordinate a time for them to come in and look at the vehicles and ask some questions. Yesterday was the day that we were able to set up and it was a day that all of us here will remember for a long time.

 

 

Don (forgive me for not spelling his last name/I don't have his card in front of me) was absolutely awesome with the students as was April. Don took the boys on a test ride, posed for pictures with them, and truly made the time very special.

 

I cannot thank you and your staff enough for making this happen for our students. It is little things like this that make school/community partnerships special. Please know that I will certainly pass the good name of Zeigler and your staff to those I come in contact with. Most importantly you all made a huge positive impact on our students' lives.

 

Too often we do not take the time to thank and recognize those who make a difference. I wanted to make sure I took the time to honor April and Don for their kindness. It is so greatly appreciated.

Hi my name is John and I just bought a 2009 Dodge Ram Hemi Big Horn edition with ram box Tristan and have to say that I love this truck, dodge really  got it right when they designed this one. The raw power this truck has with the smooth ride is just amazing box is so cool. I hauled a trailer the other day the performance wow, I had all the I needed and more. Tristan was awesome with helping me find a truck that was in my price range with great options. I have been other places were they show vehicles out of your price range in hopes you will pay more, but not you guys. When I bought the truck I guess parts were ordered on recall so I had to come back and get if ixed and I have to say I thank yo for that. I have had nothing but great experiences with Harold Zeigler and I jope that continues as I start to get accessories for my truck in the future or with any warranty problems. Thank you very much.



Extremely Professional salesman Mr. Don Shudark. This man never gave up. I admit up front that I was interested in a certain car brand that was not on their lot. After 5 months of searching the other Harold Zeigler dealerships, he finally found one. Described its condition to me over the phone and send me a link where I could look at it. I told him I was interested and this Gentleman had the car brought up from Indiana for me to look at it. It was EXACTLY as he promised. I was then handed over to Jeff who finished the deal with no add-ons or hidden fees. I highly recommend this team in Grandville, MI for ANY car your are looking for. AWESOME...AWESOME...AWESOME!!!!

My name is Jeff Barton and I recently purchased a Jeep from your dealership, finalizing the deal this past Friday.

The reason for this letter is to celebrate the exemplary performance of one of your salespeople, Jim Murphy. My family and I live in Rockford and rarely travel as far south as Grandville bu were compelled to do so in response to my initial phone conversation with Jim. I truly had no interest in making the thirty mile trip to your dealership and wouldn't have if it wasn't for Jim's "first impression". He encouraged us to visit last Saturday during the "main event". It was well worth our effort and in fact resulted in purchasing one of the Jeeps off the showroom floor.

I can say that 100% of the credit goes to him for successfully "closing the deal" on this Jeep. I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your salespersons, Stan.  Recently, Stan has assisted us with the buy out of a lease and the purchase of a mini-van.  In both cases, Stan's customer service went above and beyond the call of duty.  Some un-planned events made getting to a dealership very difficult , thanks to Stan, we were able to complete both transactions without ever having to leave our home.  Now, that's the way to buy a car!  I can honestly say that in the past, I would have equated purchasing a car right up there with going to the dentist for a root canal.  Now, Stan, and Harold Zeigler, have my car buying business for life.  Thank you for making our recent purchase experience a postivie on.

Hi my name is Alex Haggart; I work for the Suburban collection on the east side of the state.  Always been a huge Mitsubishi fan and have now had 3 in a row.  Never before now have I had a sales person enthusiastic about selling me one i have always sold my self on your product as being in new car sales my self I guess I expect a lot out of sales people.  I feel you sales person Christy Seitz more then exceeded my expectations.  She did everything in her power to EARN the sale.  New car sales should be approached with the attitude of earning sales not order taking! she is a great sales person and you are lucky to have her on your staff!  I will buy all future cars from your Mitsubishi store!  I bought my last 2 Mitsubishi (my eclipse and my 08 lancer gts) from Moran over here in Southfield and I don't car how far away you are I will come back in 2 years for my EVO you have a customer from me now thank you for all you accommodations!

Yesterday, I did a completely stupid thing after shopping at Meijer's.  I locked my key in the trunk, with my dog looking on in the backseat.  Happily, the dealership is right next door! When I entered your building, from the first moment I was greeted with friendly salesman, Sancho.   Sancho brought me to the service area and introduced me to Teresa and eventually Ed, your detail man.  Ed helped me get my key out (he had to remove my backseat).I thought you should know that I was impressed by both your staff's professionalism and over the top helpful approach to my little dilemma..Even my dog was given biscuits. - Nancy N

Chad, who is a parent here at Cross Creek, works for Harold Zeigler and they are doing a service for schools which we have been utilizing here at Cross Creek for the past 5 months.  I thought you might be interested so am sending this to you.  Chad will come (along with others) from Harold Zeigler, and pick up your car in the morning, do an oil change, wash the outside and vacuum the inside of your vehicle and then bring the car back to school for you.  All this for only $21.95.    The other neat thing about this is you earn "points" so your next oil change is less money (and they still do the wash and vacuum).  I believe I spent $11.00 or $12.00 for my 2nd one.

As I said, we have done this for several months now and there have been no surprises, hidden costs or anything like that.   We've even had some of our employees have them do other work on their vehicles.  To date, I have received no negative comments from anyone here; in fact they have continued to use the service on a regular basis. - Pam H

I have always been a Mustang fan, however rising a family has not allowed for this type of car. So when my wife and I decided that we could make this purchase and start the search, I was very excited. ?After searching the internet and making a call to Harold Zeigler I had the pleasure talking with Carly on the phone. Carly cares for your internet Customer very well. She had a sale professional waiting for my wife and me when we arrived. The car was inside in a warm environment all clean and shinny. ?Damon presented the car very professionally and his product knowledge was evident. This letter is to let you know that your people did a great job of responding to everyone of the items that I indentified that needed attention on our 2008 T&C Limited.  Late this afternoon, I picked up the car at your dealership.  It was "spotless clean" and every item had been either fixed or explained to my satisfaction. Jeff, Assistant Service Manager, is our service representative.  He kept me informed during the week as to the progress of the work on the car.  He also arranged for a Nitro that we drove during the time the car was being worked on and fixed.  Kevin, is the person we dealt with in obtaining this vehicle; he is also the person we worked with in obtaining the 2006 T&C Limited that we had before this 2008.  One of the main reasons we came back to Zeigler was because of the way Kevin worked with us.  He is a great representative of your organization. Let me also compliment Mike Millard.  He has been a person who has provided answers and has provided great service to us on both the 2006 and 2007 vans.  These people are real assets to your organization. Many times, people complain: "Too seldom do people say "Thanks".  Therefore, we want to say "Thank you for a job well done." - Richard T

I wanted to write to compliment your dealership and outline a great experience that my wife and I had with you folks over this past week.  I especially wanted to tell you how helpful everyone in your service department was, especially Scott Hurley and Jack Alexander.  My wife and I were traveling from Chicago home to Massachusetts when we decided to put the top down in our 2002 T Bird, so we stopped at the Elkhart service area.  My wife had thrown a carryon bag in the roof well and I did not know it.  I put the top down and when I did the top pushed the bag down and crushed a relay box and cooked it.   We got your dealership number for the Ford hotline.  Jack gave us a number to call and we arranged for a tow from the interstate.  When we arrived at the dealership your service department took our car right in and started work while Jack set us up with popcorn, water and made us feel right at home.  When it became apparent the car would not be fixed by the end of the day, Jack made arrangements to get us out to the interstate hotels and the next day when we needed to wait for the part to arrive Jack pointed us in the direction of Enterprise when we asked if we could rent a car from your company. Wednesday we were finally on the road.  Although I did not get the name of the service tech, I wanted to thank him for his persistence because being somewhat of a backyard mechanic, I know electrical problems are tough to diagnose and I also know he stayed late Monday evening to work on our car even though he was scheduled to leave at 5.  Lastly, I was braced for an outrageous bill.  I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was fair and reasonable.    So, a great big Thanks to all who heeled us, it was greatly appreciated, especially our service tech and Jack. - Roger P

My daughter, Michelle, recently purchased a jeep from your dealership and there are a few people that need to be recognized for their extraordinary service--especially one individual.  First, your finance person--Unfortunately I never did get his name.  He took his time with my daughter and reviewed a number of details for which I am grateful. Second, your Used Vehicle Director, Brad Dodge, for allowing the sales person to do this thing so that the sale could be completed.
